Granite Ridge

Granite Ridge is the premiere ski in-ski out development at the best ski-area in the lower 48.

The development encompasses 80 acres at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.  The community offers various property types for discerning Buyers and ski enthusiasts with a mixture of single-family homes, vacant home-sites, and townhomes.

There are four distinct townhome developments.

  • The Granite Ridge Lodges are located adjacent to the Teewinot run.  These 4-5 bedroom townhomes provide a minimum of 4000 square feet of living area.
  • The Homestead Townhomes are located across from the Four Seasons Resort offering 3-4 bedrooms with over 3000 square feet of living area.
  • The Granite Ridge Cabins are a classic log design and offer 2-3 bedrooms and over 2200 square feet of living area.
  • Finally the newest and final phase of Townhomes are known as the Timbers at Granite Ridge.  These well-designed rustic contemporary townhomes offer 3 -4 bedrooms with over 3000 square feet of living area.

All of the Granite Ridge neighborhoods are in the Lodging overlay allowing for short-term rental. The single-family homes in the area are some of the finest in Teton County and very few undeveloped vacant sites remain.  The area has one of the best sales histories in Jackson Hole and many of the property types are rarely available.  With scarce inventory and high demand properties in Granite Ridge often sell quickly and in some cases before they are actively available on the market.

Please contact the JH Property Group if you are interested in this area to be kept informed on opportunities as they arise.
