Real Estate Professional in Jackson, WY

Jackson Hole is known for its active mountain lifestyle and slower pace of life, which is why Ethan’s family moved here from New York City in the late 80s. Ethan comments that Jackson’s quality of life and community ties were what brought him back after graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science, but it is very possible that the world-renown ski terrain might have had played a role as well. “I have learned to appreciate every single day living in Jackson Hole,” Ethan states and after spending some time with him it is easy to see why.

Living in Jackson for over 25 years has allowed Ethan to become the perfect guide to the newcomer. Knowledge, patience, work ethic and listening to clients’ needs are not only a prerequisite, but also second nature to Ethan, “I feel very strongly about communication and attention to detail-it has allowed me to have 13 successful years in real estate.”

Extracurricular activities for Ethan include exploring the Tetons and its neighboring backcountry either on skis or a mountain bike, depending on the season. “A perfect day for me would be to head out on a mountain bike ride with my wife, Colleen and our dog Seamus and then spend the afternoon in the drift boat fishing until dark,” he smiles. Rec league soccer matches or a round of golf will be thrown in the mix from time to time. When asked what makes Jackson Hole the perfect place to live, Ethan claims, “Any time spent outside in this amazing place is time well spent.”
