Spring Creek Ranch
Maximize your Teton views at an exclusive resort community perched 800 feet above a lush valley floor of wildflowers and agrarian beauty.
Atop East Gros Ventre Butte, green meadows fed by the Snake River and Spring Creek stretch away into the distance before the Tetons interrupt the pastoral scene with massive staccato bursts of jagged granite. You’ll spend as much time as possible contemplating your ever-changing, always-magnificent views from the large picture windows likely to be found at any home in Spring Creek Ranch.
But Spring Creek Ranch is more than a pretty place. As a homeowner, you’ll be able to ride horses in this stunning setting. In fact, a full commercial equestrian center services Spring Creek Ranch.
Beyond that activity the whole family can enjoy, you’ll have access to the swimming pool, spa, conference center, tennis courts, fitness center and two fine dining restaurants. Not to mention shuttle service to Jackson or Teton Village.
No matter your needs, you’ll be able to find real estate you love at Spring Creek Ranch. Townhouses and 1 to 3 bedroom condominiums rub elbows with elegant single-family homes the Robb Report says bring “luxury with rustic flair.”
Or you can purchase awe-inspiring homesites between .7 acres and 2.13 acres to build your dream home.
If you’re not planning to live in Jackson year-round, these properties also make great investments because they’re zoned for short-term rentals. In fact, Spring Creek Ranch is one of only 6 areas in Jackson Hole zoned for investment rentals — and the occupancy rate is high.
Spring Creek Ranch subdivision history
Senator Cliff Hansen portioned off the 1,000-acre Spring Creek Ranch from his sprawling Hansen Ranch in 1980 and sold it to a group of investors and developers.
The group roared into development on the prime real estate and by 1982 had 24 townhouses built out with roads, sewer and water.
Three years later, they built the 24-room Spring Creek Ranch hotel and the accompanying Granary Restaurant, where diners enjoy some of the best Teton views available in Jackson Hole.
From there, development has proceeded in phases. Currently, about a third of the 300-unit subdivision has been platted and sold.
A future development will add another 65 homesites. Simultaneously, the development is anticipated to bring in a new luxuriant 58-room hotel with 18 suites for sale to private owners.
