Pine Meadow
Adjacent to the equally exclusive Teal Trace, Pine Meadow offers some of the most jealousy-inducing property in Jackson Hole. Nestled between the stunning Fish Creek and the Snake River, the fly fishing friendly Pine Meadows rarely posts a vacancy.
A private bridge across Fish Creek will lead you into riparian pasture land with impressive Teton views. You’ll immediately wonder how you could live without everything you see.

History of Pine Meadow
The Pine Meadow area was first patented to James J. Hennison in 1908 from the U.S. government. It passed through various owners through 1952 when the prominent Albert Schwabacher Sr. family bought it as part of a growing fishing retreat.
Locals know Schwabacher for buying property along the Snake River in north Jackson Hole and doggedly building a steep road to his favorite river exit. Today, the stunning area known for its beaver ponds and reflected Teton views is called Schwabacher Landing.
Schwabacher, a San Francisco investor, brought friends to Jackson Hole to fish at the Pine Meadows property. Beyond that, he only used the area as cattle pastures.
Schwabacher gave the property to his sons in 1958, who subsequently sold it to separate entities who developed it as Pine Meadows.
