Chris Grant
When Chris Grant shows you his version of the Jackson Hole area, it’s like having a good friend reveal his favorite, top-secret hideouts. Chris was born and raised in Jackson, and he started skiing and fly-fishing at the young age of three. He left the area for college in Oregon but was drawn back to the snow-covered mountains this town is famous for. He’s now raising his own family in the same community where he grew up. A licensed real estate broker since 2004, Chris is a founding partner of the JH Property Group.
Ethan Valenstein
Jackson Hole is known for its active mountain lifestyle and slower pace of life, which is why Ethan’s family moved here from New York City in the late 80s. Ethan comments that Jackson’s quality of life and community ties were what brought him back after graduating from the University of Puget Sound with a B.A. in Economics and Environmental Science, but it is very possible that the world-renowned ski terrain might have had played a role as well. “I have learned to appreciate every single day living in Jackson Hole,” Ethan states and after spending some time with him it is easy to see why.
Brooke Walles
Brooke Walles never planned on staying in Jackson, Wyoming. He moved to the Tetons after graduating from the University of Kansas in 1995 with a degree in psychology and he had planned to leave to attend law school. But like many people who move to ski towns for a seemingly short stint, he was drawn in by the active lifestyle and tight-knit community in the mountains. So, he stayed put. Now, he’s raising his family in Jackson and is one of the top-producing real estate agents in the area. Brooke’s professionalism and intimate knowledge of all segments of the market has led to a successful career working with buyers and sellers. A licensed real estate broker since 2000, Brooke is a founder partner of the JH Property Group of Jackson Hole Sotheby’s International Realty and a member of the sales teams at Hotel Terra, Teton Mountain Lodge, and Snake River Lodge at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
